Dear CUSTOMER:

At Bank One Treasury Services, we're here to help your business succeed by providing products, services and support that keep pace with your needs. With this in mind, I'm writing to let you know about an important change to your Bank One #London Global Multicurrency Services (GMS). As you may be aware, our holding company, Bank One Corporation, #merged with #JPMorganChase & Co. on I July 2004. Our operating banks, Bank One, NA, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, will also #merge in the coming months, at which time it will be necessary to migrate your GMS accounts to JPMorgan Chase Bank (JPMorgan).

There will be changes as part of the move to JPMorgan, many of which will result in additional product range. I am confident that the long-term benefits of the combined JPMorgan and Bank One services will outweigh the transition effort.

Before the migration of your accounts you will receive a #communication with detailed information about the event. If you have an alternative contact person to whom we should send this communication, please send a letter that includes your contact's mailing information and the account numbers for which they are responsible to Charlotte XXXX no later than 20 August 2004.

Charlotte XXXX

Bank One, NA

41 Triton Square

London NW1 3FN #UnitedKingdom

If you have any questions about this matter, please call your dedicated Customer Service representative.

As two successful #banks come together, there are bound to be some changes. One thing that won't change is the value we place on your business. We will be #clientfocused and committed to offering the best products and services in the industry. Our expert transition staff will work behind the scenes and, where necessary, engage you at key stages to ensure a smooth conversion. We look forward to serving your cash management needs for many years to come.

Sincerely,

Senior Vice President Treasury Services (Written by Don Scott while employed as Bank One/Chase communications consultant)
