Change Initiative Timeline of Rollout Milestones

A very small sampling, with redactions for the purposes of this public posting, to provide an example of a milestone cadence that I implemented to complement a broader, more robust #changemanagement plan in collaboration with client colleagues. This example encompasses critical communications to supplement the plan, identifying key #change agents to energize and reinforce the plan, adding key stakeholder roles to solidify the model, and leveraging an executive sponsor to help embed the change into the client's culture and #sustain it. #ADKAR
